We go find it
As soon as we know what you're looking for, we start searching for apartments that match your criteria. We work with our real estate partners to get the best apartments, focusing on foreign-friendly landlords so you don't waste any time on places that will reject your application before it's even read.
We help you choose and sign
We come back to you with the best options we found and walk you through each one. If you're not in Japan yet, we'll plan a video call at your convenience so you can see in real time the apartment and ask any questions you might have. Once you've chosen, we handle the agency relationship, translate your lease documents, and stay with you through the entire signing process so nothing gets lost in translation.
We get you set up
Before we're done, we make sure you're fully moved in. Electricity, gas, and water in Japan are separate contracts. That's why we help you make the calls so you're not figuring it out alone on your first night.
