Apartment Hunting Only
For students who already have accommodation or only need help finding an apartment.
This fee is paid to GoWONDR. All other move-in costs (agency fee, deposit, first month's rent) are paid directly by you to the management company.
Administrative Setup Only
For students who already have accommodation (dorm, school-arranged housing, etc.).
Full Package
Everything you need — apartment hunting, lease support, and complete two-week administrative setup.
The bundle price is the same as buying both services separately. The benefit is simplicity — one clear fee, everything handled.

How far in advance should I contact GoWONDR?
As early as you like. Reaching out early lets us plan around your arrival, though the apartment search itself usually starts about one to two months before your move-in date, since landlords in Japan rarely hold a place much further out.
How long does it take to find an apartment?
Usually two to four weeks from the start of the search to signing: a couple of weeks to find the right options, then a week or two for application and screening. It varies with your budget, location, and how flexible you can be.
When do I pay?
There's no charge to talk to us. We start with a free consultation to understand what you need and make sure we're the right fit, and you only pay once you decide to go ahead with the service.
