A few things worth knowing.
•All furniture is delivered and installed before you arrive — or on a date that works for you.
•Pickup at move-out is included if you stay 12 months or more.
•Moving out before 12 months? A ¥20,000 early exit fee applies. We'll always be upfront about this.
•Furniture condition is checked at delivery and pickup. Normal wear is expected and accepted. Damage beyond normal use may incur a replacement fee.
•Want to add a plan or upgrade after you've moved in? Just get in touch — we'll make it work.
